My world revolves around my husband Joe and daugher Brittany, my faith, my family, my God-daughter Marissa, my closest friends, the gym and good food.

Anyone who knows me also knows that I am always at the gym , my second home. My husband and I love to train, prepare to compete and all aspects that surround that lifestyle. I have many loves each in their own special way...I love to cook and pass on recipes, I love the beach, to paint...art is another passion of mine. I love wineries and visiting new places.
